Hespeler Minor Softball is a Partner with Kids Can Play
Kids Can Play (KCP) will pay the enrolment fee for a sport/art program of your choice. Once your application is approved, KCP will pay the provider directly on your behalf.
- Kids Can Play will support children age 0–18
- We do not directly support any one activity exclusively. We provide subsidy toward Cambridge & North Dumfries area programs, unless they are full
- Funding amounts are determined based upon family size and monthly income where poverty lines are determined by the Canadian Government
- Parents choose the activity their children attend
- Enrolment fees are sent directly to the provider on the families behalf
- We support the child in 1 activity every 6 months or 2 payments for yearlong programs
- Our maximum grant for one 6 month program is $500
We do not help with the following:
- We do not support children over the age of 19
- We do not support the costs of elite sports
- We do not support equipment costs or uniforms
- Families outside of Cambridge & North Dumfries
